7 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Jan 13)

1. Sami Zayn’s Reservations

That tells the full story here. He looked on in horror as The Usos and Solo Sikoa attacked KO, forced the ref to call for a disqualification (meaning Zayn technically lost this match) and then continued pasting his old buddy. The show closed with Sami hesitantly raising one finger high in solidarity with his "family".

If this is building towards an eventual tag title challenge with Zayn/KO vs. The Usos, then sign this guy up. However, he still believes there's something in Sami vs. Roman Reigns too, so WWE shouldn't spurn that opportunity or look past Zayn as a sympathetic babyface hero.

The way The Bloodline kicked lumps out of Kev as Sami looked on nervously was special. His aforementioned tentative one-fingered salute to close SmackDown was also welcome, because it's something Roman can pick holes in next week.
