7 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (April 1)
Ups...
7. Phoenix Still Can Go

While she might only be back for one night only or might only be good for a tag match here and there, Beth Phoenix looked good in her first regular match in years on Monday night.
Beth teamed with Natalya and the Boss & Hug Connection to defeat the Iiconics and Nia Jax & Tamina, with Phoenix hitting a Glam Slam on Peyton Royce for the win. During the somewhat pedestrian match, Phoenix showed she hadn’t been slowed by her time off and could hang in that brief bout.
It’s a low bar to clear at this stage, but if Phoenix wanted to hang around a bit or just wrestle the periodic match, she certainly could. It’s just something good to know. Hopefully the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match will exceed expectations.
