Bray Wyatt's gimmick is that of a cult leader, exuding a strange and menacing power over the people over whom he has control. That's a tricky part for him to play at the current time, given the fact he doesn't have a cult.

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are now fighting over on Smackdown Live as the Bludgeon Brothers, while Braun Strowman has ascended to the main event scene in his own right. Meanwhile, the members of the WWE Universe who would once sing along to 'He's Got the Whole World in His Hands' as he stood in the ring are now firmly behind Matt Hardy.

Wyatt needs to have minions, whether it's the return of his previous Wyatt Family members - or some new followers entirely. The Authors of Pain could join forces with Wyatt when they join the main roster. The tandem of Heavy Machinery down in NXT also feel like potential obvious picks to join the cult.

Much of Wyatt's potency came as a result of his numbers game advantage, with a heel team always more threatening than a solitary villain. If Wyatt has that force behind him again, he will have no problem as a main event bad guy.
