8 Changes To Make Bray Wyatt A Success In WWE
4. Restore The Mystique
Since he first debuted on the main roster, Bray Wyatt has maintained something of an aura. He's not like the other superstars in WWE; his supernatural powers give him an unnerving edge that separates him from the average heel. That level of mystique has been missing from Wyatt over the last year or so, replaced with cheap parlour tricks and empty rhetoric.
It doesn't matter that Wyatt claims to be a God or professes to have mythological powers, because it's impossible to believe him as a threat. Fans have seen Wyatt exposed as a liar who promises the world without ever delivering on numerous occasions so, like the boy who cried wolf, his words ring false for anyone who has watched more than a couple of episodes of Raw.
WWE has to repair this mystique in some way. Wyatt needs a rivalry where he can emerge convincingly victorious in eerie fashion. Audiences need to see Wyatt following through on his threats and delivering on his evil promises. As a supposed truth teller, his words need to come true more often.
