4. Jones' Odyssey Continues

NXT and WWE as a whole may have something a bit special on their hands when it comes to this particular Breakout tournament's current breakout star - Odyssey Jones.

Despite coming up against one of the most natural babyfaces in the whole competition, Jones still endeared himself to the live crowd, with his natural charisma and stunning pace/power helping him pulverise a plucky Trey Baxter on his way to sealing a spot in the final.

Jones' organic promo post-match, which included an anything but cringey shout-out to his momma, only laced more charm into his performance on the night and made him seem ever more likely to come away with the shot at an NXT title in the end.

Vince McMahon will likely be frothing at the mouth at the idea of him, but it'd be nice to see Jones cut his teeth on Tuesday nights a bit more before heading up to Raw and SmackDown. But if the last week has taught us anything, expect the unexpected in this unpredictable company.
