Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were among the most dominant wrestlers in New Japan and the promotion€™s top tag team. WWE announcers even have admitted that. But once you come to WWE, you€™re susceptible to rollups and being fed to the babyface world champion that most of the audience boos.

Yep, the Bullet Club is quickly becoming cannon fodder for Roman Reigns as he battles with AJ Styles over Reigns€™ WWE World Heavyweight Championship. What looked like it could be a second coming of the Shield €“ a dominant faction comes into WWE as a group and runs roughshod over the roster €“ has turned into more into the second coming of the Wyatt Family, losing to €œgreater€ opponents.

During the six-man elimination tag, Anderson got rolled up like a goof, Gallows was felled by a single Superman Punch, and both later ate spears from Roman to take them out. It€™s understandable that you have to keep your world champ strong, but do Anderson and Gallows both have to be pinned? They could have gotten DQ€™d or done a double countout with one of the Usos, protecting them a little and still getting down to a one-on-one with Styles and Reigns.

If (and that€™s a big €œif€) WWE is planning anything big with a Bullet Club swerve €“ such as Finn Balor debuting and deposing AJ €“ then this is just silly. If WWE wanted just another tag team to occupy space on the roster, Blake and Murphy are down in NXT waiting to be called up.
