8 Ways WWE's Booking For Survivor Series Has Made No Sense

3. Why Isn't Triple H Wrestling?

When it comes to egomaniacal characters in pro wrestling, there's a long, long list to compare, but Triple H may be at the top of that list. The man who goes by monikers such as "The Game" and "The King of Kings" isn't exactly known for his modesty. So with such legendary hubris, please explain why he's willing to sit on the sidelines and put his entire future in the hands of others, especially several men who has no very little history with. Everything Hunter has ever said and done in his past would indicate that when the stakes are so high that his fate in WWE is on the line, he would only have confidence in himself to get the job done. His feud with Daniel Bryan is a perfect example of someone who felt he could only rely on himself. He has confidence in Seth Rollins, branding him the future of the business, but why would he put his future in Rusev's hands when he's largely unproven against top competition? Or Luke Harper, who spent the last few months getting beaten by the Usos? Since stepping down as a full-time competitor, the WWE COO has only seen fit to step into the ring for the most dire of situations, and what's more dire than The Authority's potential removal from their position? It's asking too much for us to suspend our disbelief enough to accept that Triple H wouldn't be all about breaking out the trunks to ensure that he and his wife remain in power.
