9 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Apr 15)

5. Live From The Dentist Office

Britt Baker
AEW

The work done in rebuilding Britt Baker (by herself and AEW) from failed top babyface to gloriously obnoxious heel can't be overstated and last night was another home run, with the good doctor delivering a deluded promo from her dentist's office.

Rule number one of being a role model, we were told, was always fighting fair. Baker claimed Hikaru Shida didn't do that when she busted her nose open last week. The top contender resorted to desperate, disgusting, and dangerous tactics, forcing Britt to fight through an excruciating deviated septum - which she did for the dedicated army of fans chanting her to continue.

In an empty arena. Tremendous.

Baker closed by pulling on a single black glove, summoning the spirit of Ted DiBiase, and asking who the true winner was. She's so up her own backside at the moment and every little character quirk is hitting.
