Now, onto Bálor's part in things.

Finn turned on Priest and cost him the World Title. That brought old tensions between the stablemates back to the boil, and all-but-puts a fork in Judgment Day following the Dom and Rhea stuff earlier on in the show. Bonus points go to Damian for being the kind of smart worker who actually pays attention to replays on the big screens.

After seeing that Bálor had saved GUNTHER by putting his foot on the rope during a pin, Priest saw red and goozled Finn with a big hand around the throat. That newfound obsession with getting revenge let GUNTHER recover long enough to hit a powerbomb then lock in a submission for the win. It was one submission too many for the champ to fend off.

Priest and Rhea being babyface counterpoints to Finn and Dominik as heels has legs. JD McDonagh will surely slot in right next to his mentor Bálor, and he'll become a set-up punching bag for a ticked off Priest. Judgment Day had some run, but nothing lasts forever.
