9 Ups And 6 Downs From WWE Raw (Feb 17)

7. A Delusional Sermon

Well, you can’t say that Seth Rollins isn’t throwing his whole self into this new persona.

Rollins delivered a religious-style sermon Monday, complete with a speech from a pulpit where he talked about “the greater good,” how this is “the gospel” and those who don’t comply will suffer the same fate as the weak who won’t bend to his will.

Seth has basically turned into a cult leader of sorts, which is a weird development, but his beard and long hair lend themselves to the imagery pretty nicely. Having dedicated followers in AOP and Murphy certainly help matters.

The question, of course, is where do they go next, as Kevin Owens is locked in a perpetual battle with Rollins right now. But this was a pretty nice little speech from Seth Monday night.
