AEW Full Gear 2022: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

1. There’s Another Press Conference Disaster

Tony Khan has confirmed that AEW will host another post-PPV media scrum immediately after Full Gear's cameras go dark. The last one, held after All Out, blew up something fierce and led to suspensions for top stars like CM Punk, The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega.

AEW know people will be expecting more chaos after Full Gear, but perhaps the worst thing you could do is try to manufacture it to diminishing returns. Fans will see right through that. There's also something else at play here too: Khan has struggled to keep a lid on some egos behind the scenes, meaning Full Gear's presser could mimic All Out's organically too.

What if Omega and The Bucks use that platform to go into business for themselves, or new champ MJF sticks a middle finger up at the old guard by saying "Phil" was right to kick their arses? Poor Tony's face would be a picture if that happened.
