Then, Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara can get right on Minoru Suzuki's t*ts and accidentally turn the bout back into a straight up two-on-two tag. The fact JAS is teaming with Suzuki in the first place seems random, but AEW can rescue things by having the Japanese hard nut kick everyone's heads in.

The easiest way to do this? Have Jericho try to boss Suzuki around. Minoru would just about accept that due to the JAS leader's iconic status, but then Guevara would play snot-nosed brat/wannabe boss and do the same. That'd be the final straw for Suzuki. Cue stiff strikes, and cue carnage.

Eddie Kingston, as he often does, would capitalise on that chaos.

Giving the cherished babyface some momentum before Blood & Guts sounds fun, so he can always pin Sammy and keep revenge on Jericho for next week's Dynamite special. Maybe that booking is all too convoluted, but AEW have to try something to make this worthwhile.
