AJ Lee's 12 Worst Moments In WWE

3. Resigning as Raw General Manager: October 22, 2012

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1wv--CqGY4 AJ performed exceptionally well in whatever role she was given, including her time as Raw General Manager in the latter half of 2012. It was used as a vehicle for her to make the lives of her past lovers CM Punk, Daniel Bryan and Kane miserable, but that aside, she played the "crazy" character to perfection and made Monday nights interesting each week. However, throughout her run as an authority figure, AJ was constantly being disrespected by the likes of Paul Heyman and Vickie Guerrero who doubted her work and did their best to ensure she quit. The stress of running Raw ultimately got to the New Jersey native, forcing her to resign from her post as the general manager on the October 22 episode. Her "scandal" with John Cena (which will be discussed momentarily) was cited as the reason she stepped down, but of all the abuse she took during this period of time, it's worth questioning whether it was done intentionally or if it was all a part of the storyline.
