18. King Of The Ring 2000 (The Rock, Kane, And The Undertaker Vs. The McMahon-Helmsley Faction)

In 2000, The Rock and Triple H picked up the ball dropped by an injured Steve Austin and had an acclaimed feud for the WWF title. After Hunter regained the title in a dubious fashion at Judgement Day, the two finally settled the score...in a six-man tag...where the belt was still on the line.

Oh, Attitude Era.

Despite the star power, the match really isn’t anything special, save for an insane spot where ‘Taker chokeslams Shane from the top turnbuckle onto the announce table. With how intense Hunter and Rock’s feud was, adding Undertaker, Kane, Vince, and Shane bogs things down.

It would be one thing if the match was a six-pack challenge or even a fatal 4-way without Vince and Shane, but the fact that it’s a six-man tag is just too gimmicky, even for its era.
