Brock Lesnar is heading to WrestleMania 38 after winning the men's Royal Rumble last night.

Of course, it was always a lock that the Beast Incarnate would be involved in this year's Showcase of the Immortals in some fashion, but we now have a clearer idea of what role Lesnar will have to play at 'Mania this April.

Walking into the 2022 Royal Rumble PPV as the WWE Champion, Brock was screwed out of that title by Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman, with the Tribal Chief and his special counsel costing Lesnar his match and prize against Bobby Lashley.

While Lashley emerged victorious and left St. Louis as the new WWE Champion, Lesnar later inserted himself into the men's Royal Rumble. Entering at #30, the one-time UFC Heavyweight Champion threw out five rivals - Randy Orton, Bad Bunny, Riddle, Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre - to be the last man standing in the over-the-top-rope extravaganza.

It's obviously yet to be made official, but one has to imagine that this big Royal Rumble match win for Lesnar will line him up with a match against Universal Champion Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38. As for the Head of the Table, his other Rumble activity was an opening match title defence against former Shield brother Seth Rollins. There, Rollins actually got the DQ victory, with Reigns being disqualified after refusing to let go of a guillotine choke.
