Charlotte Flair has responded to the criticism thrown her way following WWE's decision to position her in another Women's Championships feud - and it doesn't seem like she's too concerned about any backlash.

Flair returned to WWE programming on last Friday's SmackDown, returning for the first time since WrestleMania 39. Appearing during Asuka's championship celebration, which saw her rebranded from Raw Women's Champion to WWE Women's Champion, Flair immediately challenged the Japanese star to a title fight, kicking her in the head to close.

Several days of criticism followed, as is often the case with Charlotte, who has enjoyed 17 different title reigns in WWE. On Sunday, Flair responded:-

Triple H cut the infamous "Me and my friend Mark" promo on the July 2014 episode of Raw, doing so with the intent of mocking fans who criticised WWE television, but kept watching anyway. Since then, WWE's weekly audiences have more than halved.

Asuka ended Bianca Belair's 420-day run as Raw Women's Champion at Night Of Champions 2023 on 27 May. She is yet to defend her new strap, though it looks like the decorated Flair will be her first opponent, with the bout now set for 30 June.
