Chris Jericho Genuinely Believes He's The Best Wrestler In The World Right Now
He's not being arrogant or egotistical... but...
Former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho believes that he is currently the best wrestler in the world, according to his recent Twitter post.
The leader of the Inner Circle openly confessed that he doesn't feel as though he is being egotistical or arrogant and that he thinks he's hitting the sort of form he was back in 2010.
Jericho posted, 'Not being egotistical or arrogant, but right here and right now, for the first time since 2010, I honestly feel that I AM the best in the world in the pro wrestling biz. Not gonna discuss or debate. It’s just the way I feel…'
Jericho has definitely been knocking it out of the park ever since he decided to stretch his legs and test himself against Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 in 2018. His time as a member of the AEW roster has also led to the formation of the fantastic Inner Circle and brilliant matches against Cody Rhodes and Jon Moxley, to name but a few.
It's hard to argue with Jericho being seen as the most entertaining wrestler alive today, but the outright best?
He finds himself battling against the likes of Will Ospreay and Kazuchika Okada for that honour.
