Adrian Neville
The best high-flyer in NXT, Neville (formerly PAC) has the talent to be on the main roster. Just watch any match he has had in the indie circuit in the past 7 years. There is no questioning his skill in the ring. If you haven't already, take a second to look at all the different aerial attacks he can perform, including his finisher, the "Red Arrow." The best way I found to describe him is a younger, more versatile version of Evan Bourne. The problem is the exact opposite of the previous entry, the Ascension. Neville really has no gimmick to him. I know that in today's day and age, gimmicks are less of a thing than ever before. However, when debuting an individual, a gimmick is vital as it explains to the audience exactly who they are and what they are fighting for. There is no doubt the WWE has faith in him. Already a two time NXT Tag Team Champion, he will face NXT Champion Bo Dallas at NXT Arrival this upcoming Thursday in a Ladder Match. It will be interesting to see if he wins the title, as that says a lot about a prospect. So far, there has only be three individuals to hold the title: Seth Rollins, Big E, and Bo Dallas. After seeing the success of Big E and Seth Rollins on the main roster, this title means a lot. The goal with this guy is to find the right gimmick. If they find a way to have him get over with the fans, his wrestling quality will go from there. The way I see it, they need to focus on his size with standing at just 5'9". The addition of a sort of "Mighty Mouse" gimmick can do wonders. If taller individuals look past them, they will get burnt. However, this guy won't be near the main event scene for a while, if ever, depending on how he gets over. The best way to debut him is probably being hired and when introduced to other wrestlers, such as Jack Swagger or Brodus Clay. After making fun of his size, Neville challenges them to match and showcases what wrestling fans already know, that he can go. I don't see him coming up this year, as holding the NXT Championship and another year in development can do amazing things for him, but this guy will be a feature player in years to come.
Predicted Time of Debut: April, 2015
