Destiny has followed Cody Rhodes from AEW > WWE. He's cut passionate promos about making his father's legacy proud, suffered nasty injuries, rehabbed, won Royal Rumbles and now has a date with Roman just a few short months from now.

There, Rhodes will surely win a belt Dusty could not.

Cody will win whether Sami Zayn does the unthinkable and takes the Universal Title from Reigns later this month or not. That doesn't change his end goal: Becoming WWE Champion. That WWE prize is the one Rhodes has set his sights on, not the Universal Title, and he'll take it from Roman soon.
