'Hangman' Adam Page will challenge AEW World Champion Jon Moxley at All In Texas (12 July) after defeating Will Ospreay at Double Or Nothing 2025 on Sunday.

Page and Ospreay were contesting the men's Owen Hart Tournament, the winner of which was guaranteed a World Championship slot at All In. After a long, dramatic battle, Hangman escaped a series of counters as the victory, landing a Buckshot Lariat to put Ospreay down.

Referee Bryce Remsburg presented Page with the Owen Hart Foundation title belt after the bell as the All In match graphic appeared on the screen. Hangman then walked up the ramp towards the Owen Hart Cup, gazing at it momentarily before returning to the ring, shaking hands with the disappointed Ospreay.

The commentators put over the idea that Ospreay was heading "back to the drawing board" after his latest AEW World Title defeat, continuing the narrative that Will can't quite win the big one, which kicked off following a Forbidden Door 2024 defeat to Swerve Strickland.

Page, meanwhile, has an opportunity to become a two-time AEW World Champion, having last reigned from November 2021 until May 2022. Hangman defeated Kenny Omega to kickstart his first run before dropping the strap to CM Punk. He and Moxley have shared an AEW ring over a dozen times, including four singles matches, three of which Page has won.

In their last outing, Page defeated Moxley in a Texas Death Match at Revolution 2023.

Page vs. Ospreay appeared wide open prior to Double Or Nothing, with both men (along with Darby Allin) considered amongst the oddsmakers' favourites for the All In Texas title shot.
