Keep an eye out for these possible WWE feuds post-WrestleMania 38.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that both Drew McIntyre and Big E are being lined up as future opponents for Roman Reigns later this year.

Dave Meltzer said that Drew was even considered as a Reigns rival for the period between Royal Rumble-WrestleMania 38. That, clearly, has changed - Roman's interim opponent before Brock Lesnar will be Goldberg at Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia on 19 February.

Their match was announced on Friday's episode of SmackDown.

Meanwhile, on the same card, Drew is set to wrestle regular foe Madcap Moss one-on-one on the undercard. This comes after the Scot eliminated both Moss and his 'Happy Folks' partner Happy Corbin in the 2022 Rumble.

The Observer believes that E wasn't moved from Raw to SmackDown for the sole purpose of a feud with Reigns though. WWE wanted him back in the tag-team ranks alongside New Day mates Kofi Kingston and King Woods. This doesn't mean the promotion can't try on another E vs. Roman scenario later in the year.

That pairing went down a treat at Survivor Series last November, and Reigns will definitely need more credible babyfaces to work with.
