Predicting Next 10 WWE Champions (World And Universal)

3. Seth Rollins

Roman Reigns will emerge from his feud with Finn Bálor as the WWE Universal Champion, but former Shield ally Seth Rollins will continue to hound him. Though they've already spent much of 2015 and 2016 feuding, this will mark the first time that Rollins will be the babyface and Reigns the heel.

Rollins and Reigns will both be on the Raw team at the 2017 Survivor Series (see the WWE World Title section for more on that), meaning that they won't be able to face off. However, the following month at Roadblock, the stage will be set for a confrontation between them.

The match will have a special significance - December of 2017 will mark the five-year anniversary of The Shield's debut in WWE. That evening, they teamed up to beat Daniel Bryan, Kane, and Ryback in a wild TLC match, and at Roadblock, Reigns and Rollins will combust once again. Rollins will pull out the win to become Universal Champion for the first time.
