7. The Miz

Despite a hot run on SmackDown in the first few months of 2010 as the World Heavyweight Champion, it quickly became apparent that Chris Jericho was merely drafted to the Raw brand to load up the roster with as much star power as possible, not because they had a plan in place for him.

In fact, mere weeks into his Raw run, he went from facing Edge in a Steel Cage match at Extreme Rules to contending for the Unified Tag Team Championship at the subsequent pay-per-view. Alas, it worked out for the better, as it resulted in an entertaining impromptu pairing with The Miz.

They explained their alliance by saying they wanted to prove to Big Show, who teamed with both egomaniacs at various points, that he was the weak link in JeriShow and ShoMiz. Thus, they targeted the tag team champions, The Hart Dynasty, and challenged for the twin titles at Over the Limit.

Their boisterous personalities meshed perfectly together, which is why it was such a shame that the tandem was cut short prematurely. JeriMiz lost their shot at the straps at the event and went their separate ways shortly thereafter when Miz refocused on regaining the United States Championship.

Perhaps the pairing would have ranked higher had they been together longer than they were.
