Tremendous spoilers based on Zack Gibson's incredible gift for generating heat any time he picks up a microphone, the 'Grizzled Young Veterans' ruined the planned Moustache Mountain party on the nascent brand...but the belts rapidly became as meaningless as the initials splashed across the front of them.

There is no shame in being selected to win any title under the WWE umbrella, but NXT UK is perhaps the most corrosive and divisive of all the brands linked to the three letters still so appealing to so many. The pair were more relevant on the regular black-and-gold brand than they ever were with titles on the British one.
