Bray Wyatt's WWE release has had much of the wrestling world talking for the past five days, including former Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey.

Rousey hit Twitter to blast WWE fans following the "we want Wyatt" chants that peppered this week's episode of Raw in Chicago, Illinois, claiming that if WWE considered Bray dispensible, it was a product of the fans doing so first:-

Wyatt was shockingly released from WWE after 12 years with the company on 31 July. This has since been attributed to budget cuts, though Bray's status as a known money-maker for Vince McMahon's enterprise has reportedly led to a dip in backstage morale.

Rousey, meanwhile, hasn't been on WWE television since April 2019, having embarked on a hiatus after dropping her Raw Women's Championship to Becky Lynch in the WrestleMania 35 main event. Though WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan talked her up for a comeback earlier in the year, Ronda announced that she is pregnant with her and husband Travis Browne's first child in April.

This isn't the first time Ronda has blasted WWE fans, with the former UFC fighter effectively blaming them for her departure last year.
