Damian Priest will be WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins' first challenger.

Said match-up was set-up in the wake of the 'Visionary' laying down an open challenge on Twitter yesterday for this Monday night, with the one-time Shield man telling his followers, "My man @WWEBigE was the last defender of the crown.....in November 2021?!?? Let's change that."

None other than The Judgment Day's Damian Priest ultimately took up said offer, posting a video reply to the champ on Twitter stating that Rollins was "foolish" to make this open challenge and he would be bringing the World Heavyweight Championship "home" to this heelish faction on Monday night.

WWE eventually made the contest official during last night's SmackDown, with Priest set to be Rollins' first challenger since winning the strap at Night of Champions vs. AJ Styles.

The pair locked horns on last week's red show in a tag bout, with the aforementioned 'Phenomenal One' teaming with Rollins against Priest and Finn Balor in the main event. Priest wasn't able to get the job done that night, but perhaps he could shock the world this Monday and pick up his first piece of gold since holding the United States Championship back in 2021/22.

Raw will also see two Money in the Bank qualifiers go down, with Becky Lynch set to battle Sonya Deville and Zoey Stark taking on Natalya.
