10. Lesnar Is All About Destroying Icons
WWE.comOne way in which Lesnar could come up against Sting would be a direct reboot of an angle 'The Beast' did with Hulk Hogan back in 2002. Although presented as a match, Hogan vs Lesnar was far more a segment, a chance for the young star to get heat by destroying the old leader. The formality of the match ended when the Hulkster could no longer continue due to passing out in Lesnar's bearhug. Brock then proceeded to bloody and brutalise Hogan after the bell. A reboot of that angle with Sting would work great in 2014. The WCW icon will be fresh to the audience, he will be in an air of reverence during his debut angle. Imagine if Brock Lesnar suddenly turned up and hijacked the moment. It would create sympathy for Sting, and heat for The Beast. Both men would be better positioned for momentum heading into the summer.
