The Champ Isn't Here: 10 Best Wrestlers Who Never Won WWE Title

4. Ted DiBiase

DiBiase was one of the best heels to ever step into the squared circle and it is a total disgrace that he never legitimately won the WWF/WWE World Heavyweight Championship (that single garbage with the look-alike referees and Andre giving him the belt after cheating Hogan out of it doesn€™t count). In addition to being a top-notch wrestler with amazing skills he was also kick ass on the microphone as well (and had one of the coolest devious laughs ever). The fans hated him (in the way that fans were supposed to hate the heels) and were infuriated with his actions (which included making a fan-who was a young Ron Van Dam-kiss his feet for $100 and making some woman-who was actually Linda McMahon-bark like a dog) to the point that he was the top heel of the company for years. He was naturally charismatic and had a number of awesome feuds with the likes of Jake Roberts, Dusty Rhodes, and Hulk Hogan. He was a thorn in Hogan€™s side for most of the late €˜80€™s and challenged him for the belt countless times but was never successful in ever actually winning it. Why didn€™t he? I€™m still trying to figure that one out.
