The WWE SummerSlam 2016 Card Fans Wanted (But Didn't Get)

3. Brock Lesnar Vs. Bray Wyatt

Brock Lesnar and Bray Wyatt were originally meant to clash at WrestleMania 32 in what would have been one of the biggest match of the year. Instead, their issues were settled in a glorified handicap match at Roadblock as Lesnar dismantled Luke Harper.

With that feud set on the back-burner this past spring, it looked as though the possibility to revisit it in time for SummerSlam was strong. Then the announcement of Lesnar vs. Randy Orton happened, and Lesnar and Wyatt were drafted to different brands, and any opportunity fans had of witnessing the blowoff to the feud that started six months ago evaporated.

Wyatt and Lesnar would have brought to the event an alternative to the finesse wrestling matches currently slated for the top of the card. It would have been a physical, hard-hitting bout that lent The Eater of Worlds some credibility after numerous booking missteps.

Unfortunately, as is the case with every match on this list, fans will be left to answer the question of "what if?".
