In terms of her push, there's no question that AJ is one of WWE's top divas, but putting her at three seems right just because the two women ahead of her were more consistent. There were times this year where it looked like AJ didn't want to be there. Can you blame her? When her husband CM Punk quit on WWE in January, there were all kinds of rumors that she was going to leave the company too because it must be awkward to work there. Then there were stories that she might be pregnant. Now people wonder if she's ever going to come back after losing her Divas Title feud to Nikki Bella. AJ is the best talker among the divas on the main roster. She came into the year as a heel, then spent much of the year as the top babyface diva that delivered a few memorable promos. That's also because very few divas even get a chance to talk even in backstage skits, much less in the ring. Her matches this year were consistently average. She's never really bad in the ring, but most PPV matches get around seven minutes. When she had that previously mentioned with Natalya on Main Event in March, she showed how good she can be. That was also because they got more time than usual. We don't know how long AJ Lee will be in WWE for, but she is one of WWE's top divas and has been for about three years now. Even though 2014 wasn't her best year, she's still very valuable as a diva in WWE.
