2. Edge vs. Mick Foley - WrestleMania 22

Edge's hunt to prove his superiority to the Hardcore Legend saw him use a variety of weapons including chairs, metal signs, the ring steps and ultimately a flaming table but there was one weapon that stood head and shoulders above the rest for causing blood. Mick Foley's signature barbed wire baseball bat, nicknamed 'Barbie', caused both competitors to be cut open badly. By the end of the match Edge's right eye was completely red from the blood and both of their faces were donned in the proverbial 'crimson mask'. Even Lita wasn't safe, as she cut open her mouth as a result of a barbed wire wrapped Mr Socko Manidble Claw to Edge and her respectively. The match would stand tall on its own merits for the insane feats of brutality and the finishing moment of the Spear through the flaming table, that caused Edge second degree burns, but the sheer level of blood loss from these two men (not to mention Lita's split lip) best displayed the lengths the two men were willing to go to just to inflict damage upon the other. It would be hard to argue that Foley had a finer WrestleMania moment than this match.
