WWE: 10 Greatest Babyface Turns In History

8. Trish Stratus

http://youtu.be/bgOHWzDhgkE Trish Stratus was the epitome of the office tramp in early 2001, deciding that the best way to get ahead in the business was sleep her way to the top. And there was no greater conquest than the boss himself, Vince McMahon. Sickening segments of the two together would be broadcast in front of the world, and Stratus would blatantly flaunt the clothes and trinkets that McMahon would shower her with. Her actions even led to people cheering for Stephanie McMahon - yeah, unbelievable right? However, the relationship was never going to last the distance, with the Chairman eventually turning on Stratus and siding with his whining daughter. Stratus then attempted to get back on the boss' good side, leading tothe infamous "barking like a dog" sketch on an episode of RAW. She began to behave more like his personal sex slave rather than a mistress. McMahon's relationship with her would become more sordid and widely broadcast, and at Wrestlemania X7, Stratus would be placed in charge of a comatose Linda McMahon as Vince took on his son Shane in a Street Fight. However, they would not stay backstage long, as Stratus would wheel the matriarch of the McMahon family to the ringside area, and when it appeared as though she would offer some support for her supposed beau, she got a measure of revenge with a slap across the face. And then for good measure, she proceeded to beat down Stephanie and chase her backstage. The reaction of the crowd was tremendous, and this resulted in the emergence of Trish Stratus as a wrestler and independent woman, who would go on to win seven Women's Championships and be widely regarded as the greatest female performer in company history.
