WWE: 10 Things Vince McMahon Could Do To Get CM Punk Back

4. Put Daniel Bryan In The Main Event Of Wrestlemania 30

Punk is the kind of guy who is an absolutist about his own ideas. I would guess that Punk strongly felt Daniel Bryan should be main eventing Wrestlemania 30, like a lot of us did. Much like Mick Foley's strong reaction to Bryan's mistreatment, perhaps this walkout is Punk's way of reacting to a product he can't support any more. He is that kind of guy €“ if he isn't on board with something he finds acting different seriously hard to stomach. He is used to acting and speaking his mind, so the walkout could be Punk saying "Vince, I'm not on board with this anymore, Bryan is the hottest star here, and if you can't recognize that then I don't want to be part of this company!" That scenario wouldn't surprise me. Punk is vocal and acts on his feelings. Just look at last year when Punk donned an Antonio Cesaro T shirt at the Wrestlemania 29 press conference (Cesaro wasn't booked on the card despite his great work). He feels strongly about the treatment of fellow superstars. If all of this is a reaction to the treatment of Daniel Bryan, then Vince McMahon needs to really think about the booking of Bryan for Mania. The fans are mad. Bryan is mad. Punk is mad. The main event of Orton vs Batista is also dead in the water. Vince should really give some consideration to getting on board with the fans and booking Daniel Bryan as the WWE title contender at Mania. It could go some way to appeasing CM Punk's disillusions with WWE right now.
