http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_2gsZfA-Mc Chavo Guerrero Jr. had struggled with making a name for himself in WCW ever since his debut in 1996. While he routinely had excellent matches, it was hard to make a name for yourself and break away from the pack of the numerous talented luchadors and cruiserweights that WCW was employing at the time. That came to an end in 1998 when Chavo was given a storyline where he would interact with his uncle, Eddie Guerrero. As part of the storyline, Chavo was being taught to cheat at all costs just like his uncle. Chavo, who had always played a very clean cut babyface in WCW, always vehemently refused to do as his uncle told him to do and it drove him to the point of insanity. He became so insane that he started to carry around a toy horse, named Pepe, which he befriended and treated like a real living animal. While the story seems lame in retrospect, at the time it was hilarious and memorable. Above all else, it made Chavo stick out from the crowd and carve out his own niche in the WCW cruiserweight division. The story came to an end during a feud with Norman Smiley when Smiley put Pepe through a woodchipper, the same fate that Perry Saturn's Moppy would experience a few years later. What is it with wrestling companies and woodchippers?
