WWE 2000 PPVs From Worst To Best

1. Backlash

The Good: Oh, there was lots of it. Backlash 2000 was one of the best top-to-bottom WWE PPVS ever. It featured several great matches, a hot crowd and was perfectly paced. From the Edge and Christian versus Road Dogg and X-Pac opener to the superlative Triple H versus The Rock topliner. In-between we were treated to Scotty 2 Hotty and Dean Malenko's rip-roaring Light Heavyweight Title match, a very fun Hardcore Championship invitational (there were a lot of those in 2000 - this one was the best) and Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit's awesome Intercontinental Championship clash. The Big Show's sendup of Hulk Hogan is the stuff of legend and Trish Stratus reinvented pink hotpants. Oh, and a little-known wrestler named Steve Austin made an appearance, sending the crowd insane. This show really does have something for everyone. The Bad: Could have done without the APA versus Big Boss Man/Bull Buchanan match, to be honest. The Rest: The card drew an astronomical 675,000 buys. Nowadays, WWE are happy to have that many Network subscribers.
