WWE has announced a special four-date UK tour between 19-22 September 2021.

The promotion's official website proudly boasted that fans in Newcastle, London, Cardiff and Glasgow would see their favourite WWE stars on British soil for the first time in almost two years - WWE's last jaunt "over the pond" was in November 2019.

A subsequent, planned post-WrestleMania 36 tour was cancelled due to the then-new COVID-19 pandemic. WWE's usual run in November was also scrapped last year, meaning this is the UK's first taste of live action since November '19.

Tickets should sell quickly, so hurry if you're keen to see some live wrasslin'.

Newcastle's Utilita Arena will host the first event on Sunday 19 September. From there, WWE will visit London's O2, Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena and Glasgow's SSE Hydro for house show cards.

WWE's official site is already promoting Bianca Belair, Roman Reigns, Bayley, Big E, Sasha Banks and The Usos as potential names fans could see if they secure briefs for each date. That, of course, is always subject to change closer to the time.

Tickets are already on-sale from all the usual outlets.
