The programme between Neville and Austin Aries may be WWE's most underrated this year.

Hidden away on 205 Live aside from occasional moments of wonder on Monday Night Raw, the pair have made natural enemies with their similar builds and in-ring styles aiding some fabulous chemistry over nearly five months of conflict.

The pair were given the challenging task of opening physical proceedings under the sweltering Orlando sun at on WrestleMania 33's Kickoff show, and were rewarded for their efforts with a powerful rematch in the best encounter at April's troubled Payback pay-per-view.

The final battle between the two was buoyed by Neville's first clean televised defeat since becoming Champion and labelling himself the 'King of the Cruiserweights'. Putting the Geordie flyer down with the Last Chancery at the conclusion of their tag team match alongside TJP and Gentleman Jack Gallagher, the visual was finally there to imply Aries can defeat Neville in their Submission Match on Sunday.

Whilst conventional booking implies the opposite, it's time for 'A Double' to carry the division, possibly even transferring the phenomenal Neville back onto the main roster. It's a small reward for his efforts to salvage the dying league since his December heel turn.
