WWE Fastlane 2016: 10 Things That Must Happen Tonight
6. Kevin Owens Defeats Dolph Ziggler
In similar fashion to the situation with the Divas Title, the ongoing feud between Dolph Ziggler and Kevin Owens seems like a way to kill some TV time before WrestleMania 32. For that event, Owens reportedly pushed hard for a match against The Undertaker, but it's far more likely that he'll be involved in either a singles bout or a multi-man contest for the Intercontinental Title. Of course, Owens is the current holder of that particular championship. He nabbed the gold on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw in a Fatal 5-Way Match, and it's been announced that his ongoing rivalry with Ziggler will continue at Fastlane. The pair have been trading wins, so it makes sense to pair them up against one another, especially when Dean Ambrose is otherwise engaged in the World Title scene for now. There's a chance that Ambrose may come back in to the fold post-Fastlane. It's unlikely that he will win the main event Triple Threat to face Triple H at WrestleMania 32, so re-sparking his feud with Kevin Owens could be the way forward. Whatever the case, there's no way Owens should be losing the belt to Dolph so quickly after winning it.
