WWE Fastlane 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

6. Miz TV/Grayson Waller Effect On PLE

PLEs should come across as special as a general rule. Yes, even the ‘B’ level ones like Fastlane. If nothing else, they certainly need to differentiate from regular telly, which is why a promo segment like Miz TV or the Grayson Waller Effect should be kept well away from proceedings this weekend.

That's not meant as a criticism of either man as hosts. They're fully capable of filling 10-15 minutes of programming and getting a point across (whilst being downright insufferable as heels), but both talk show bits have been done to death recently. So, give 'em a break.

Sadly, the fact that Fastlane currently (at time of writing) only has five matches to boast about does suggest WWE will look for a time filler. That'll either come in the form of a match or one of these talking head crutches. Realistically, there's zero clamour for another slice of Miz TV or GWE on this pay-per-view.

Just saying.
