WWE Glasgow Live Review - 10 Interesting Observations You Need To Know
4. The Glasgow Crowd Really Love Ryback
All cities have their anomalies, and it seems that when it comes to pro wrestling, Glasgow's is an intense love of Ryback. The big man's 'Feed Me More' catchphrase was chanted sporadically throughout the evening, which is truly random, and the place erupted when he emerged for his routine match with Kane. It's a testament to the determination people show to have fun that they were super-invested in the actual content of the Kane vs. Ryback encounter, which was - truthfully - little more than two big men running through spots and going through the motions. Ryback really doesn't look like anything special live, his brilliant physique excepted. Up against other upper-card stars such as Dean Ambrose and Rusev on the show, Ryback gets lost in the pack a little. There's no doubt about it, even with the stellar reaction he received here, the big man is a step below those names in importance, which is less of a criticism and more simply an observation.
