At several points throughout the Raw Tag-Team Title match, Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Renee Young mentioned how slick Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre were as a team. This happened once near the start (when they double-teamed their foes) and became a more prevalent announce call nearer the end.

The insinuation here was clear: Dolph and Drew have quickly developed into the best and most compatible team in WWE.

In the end, it was that compatibility and teamwork that won the day for Dolph and Drew. Ziggler's veteran instincts, distracting the ref before important hot tags and generally acting every bit like the ring general, collide well with McIntyre's own newfound sense of self-confidence.

It was smart of the commentary trio to big up how rapid a rise this has been for two 'Dogs of War'. For the first time since joining forces with Braun Strowman, the pair didn't look like his lackeys either. They were able to stand on their own two (four?) feet.
