Who can complain that a thriving heel on SmackDown now has light at the end of the main event tunnel and two of the best wrestlers in the world are sowing the seeds for a lengthy rivalry? Baron Corbin is the new Mr. Money In The Bank and now AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura is a dream match within sight.

WWE nailed it by having Corbin push both Styles and Nakamura from the ladder, set it up himself, and pull down the briefcase. Again, the live crowd hated his guts for doing this, but it wasn't 'bad heat'. No, Baron was getting some serious boos from the fans for being effective as a heel. Imagine that.

Corbin will have to play the waiting game until a babyface holds the WWE Title, surely. It's hard to picture him cashing in on Jinder Mahal, so when Cena inevitably wins his next one, that could be the ideal moment for Baron to rise.
