WWE Money In The Bank 2025: 7 Things That Must Happen

1. Sami Zayn Plays An Accidental Part

The plot thickens.

Outspoken meddler Karrion Kross approached Sami Zayn to tell him that he actually isn’t a good dude on Monday. Interestingly enough, Zayn didn’t seem to have any answers other than a meek, “You’re wrong”. Further, Gunther has been warning Jey Uso that he’s putting himself in situations a World Champ doesn’t need to be in. That's fact, and Gunther will be proven correct this weekend.

Don't be sour on it; WWE don’t need another Uso vs. Gunther title match anyway, so they should scrap that and go down the road of Uso questioning Sami’s intentions instead after Zayn accidentally costs him. Need an explanation? Seth and troops attack following Saturday's tag, then Sami and CM Punk run out to even the odds. At some point, Zayn misfires and hits a Helluva Kick on Jey before spilling to the outside and brawling with others.

There's your inquest for the next few months from Uso, and it ties neatly into everything Karrion was saying about Sami whilst serving what Gunther pointed out about Jey. Punk can even pile on too if need be, because that face to face between he and Zayn on Raw needs to lead to something as well.

It's really cool that the flagship has so many nuances to work with heading into the meat of 2025's summer. If Sami accidentally screws up Jey's title reign, then he'll start to repeat Karrion's words in his own head. Allies like Uso and Punk will doubt him whilst he doubts himself.

Meanwhile, Rollins will have the power he craved all along, which will either please Kross (because he enjoys chaos) or disgust him.
