Whenever Chris Jericho's WCW tenure from 1996-1999 is brought up, someone is normally on hand to talk about his 'Man Of 1,004 Holds' promo from the 30th March, 1998 episode of Monday Nitro. After beating Marty Jannetty on the WCW flagship, Jericho then talked about Dean Malenko only knowing 1,000 holds, whereas he knew four more.

The promo became famous, and the Canadian's longtime fans must have got a kick out of seeing Jericho reference it on Monday Night Raw. Armed with a ridiculous clipboard and paper he had stolen from a backstage worker, Y2J was determined to make a list of things Mick Foley has done to wrong to Kevin Owens and himself.

Unfortunately, Jericho could only get a few in before being interrupted by Enzo Amore and Big Cass. Nonetheless, it was cool for older wrestling fans to see Jericho hark back to his final full year working for WCW.

It's little touches like this that make Chris Jericho such a great villain on television, but such an endearing character overall. He knows what his fans want to see, even when heel.
