On a runaway freight train of insanity speeding quicker than usual from the tracks, Booker T bewildered both Tom Phillips and Corey Graves in electing to work his own angle during Titus O'Neil's match with Elias early in the broadcast.

The former 'Drifter' comfortably got the better of Titus Worldwide client Apollo Crews on the No Mercy pre-show and Monday Night Raw the following evening, forcing the father-of-the-year to ditch the tie for tights in an empty quest for redemption.

None of that interested Booker though.

Noting almost immediately that Titus apparently had 'love handles', Booker responded incredulously to his colleagues' confusion with the remark before later noting that he was probably too old to have the requisite power needed to put away the in-form tunesmith.

He was right, of course. Which made it much worse that he'd buried him in the first place. Apollo stood up for Titus in the aftermath before Elias could get any further digs in. Somebody had to.
