10. Shane's Not Winning
Raw opened with Vince Vaughn - I mean Shane McMahon - returning to WWE and demanding control of Raw from Vince and Stephanie McMahon. Vince agreed... if Shane could beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania. As happy as fans were at the possibility of Shane taking control from Stephanie and Triple H, it's not going to happen. If it were, there'd be a far more elegant way to book the scenario - simply put Shane in Roman Reigns's corner, and make Shane's takeover dependent on Reigns's victory. That way, fans might actually cheer for the number one contender at WrestleMania. Given that Reigns's victory is all but a lock, that raises a red flag. Shane - who hasn't worked for WWE since January 1, 2010 - won't be making a full-time return. This is simply a short-term storyline to give WrestleMania a shot in the arm.
