WWE Raw Review 2/4/2013: 5 Things We Learned

3. Brock Lesnar is Still a Paul Heyman Guy

brock lesnar With the focus off of CM Punk now that he no longer holds the WWE Championship, Brock Lesnar has returned to Paul Heyman's side. With The Miz in the midst of berating Heyman this week on RAW, Lesnar rushed to his side to save the day. While this segment was supposed to open the RAW show, it was better saved for later for two reasons: 1. MizTV is still borderline awful and a terrible idea for a show opening, and 2. It kept us all wondering if Triple H would make his return to confront Lesnar. Not yet, it seems, but it's coming, and you can take that to the bank. Expect to see more of Heyman and Lesnar in the coming weeks as Heyman escaped termination with the F5 of Mr. McMahon last week who is off of TV for the foreseeable future.

2. A Former World Heavyweight Champion Returns

mark henry Completely unexpected, Mark Henry returned to the fold last night in grand fashion. Laying waste in the ring to both Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara, Henry surprised the WWE Universe by appearing on RAW and making his return presence immediately felt. Henry is at his best when he is allowed to be a monster, and he was just that last night. Look for Mark Henry to certainly be included in the World Heavyweight Championship picture now that he is back with the company.
