WWE RAW Review 8/27/2013: 5 Things We Learned

1. The New Corporation: So Far, Plan Well Executed

the shield With The Shield providing security and Randy Orton being the new "face" of the WWE, Triple H's current version of The Corporation is coming along nicely. This new regime fits The Shield very nicely, they being the protectors of justice, and Randy Orton is so far a very compelling heel champion. Triple H as the head of this group makes for a nice, slimy leader who can deliver and sell the right promo whenever its needed, and it keeps him on the screen weekly which is always a good thing. And it makes for a fantastic challenge for the newly-adorned face character of Daniel Bryan. So far each week since Cena's departure, Bryan has been thrown to the proverbial wolves by Triple H and Randy Orton. And it's working, hand over fist. Bryan is making the absolute most of his chance to shine as the head guy and the live crowds are eating it up. And the pairing of Randy Orton and The McMahon-Helmsley Regime 2.0 have crowds hating their guts and asking for more. This entire angle has come together nicely, and it makes for a promising future for the WWE product. So what do you think, fellow WWE Universe inhabitants?
