WWE Raw Viewership Falls Below 2 Million Again

Raw still held up surprisingly well compared to other entertainment shows.

WWE's Raw viewership is down again, with this week's show scoring an average of 1.91 million viewers across its three hours (per data from Showbuzz Daily).

Here's how that number breaks down:-

Hour one: 1.99 million

Hour two: 1.91 million

Hour three: 1.83 million

What's notable here is that the dropoff from hour one to hour three was a lot better than usual, coming in at just 8%. More viewers than one would typically expect stuck around for the main event slot, which was occupied by Drew McIntyre vs. Andrade this week, with minimal channel-hopping.

As far as the key 18-49 demographic goes, Raw scored a 0.58 rating. Its hours finished at number three, five, and seven on the night respectively, with only Love and Hip Hop Atlanta finishing higher amongst entertainment shows. All of the other shows ahead of Raw were news broadcasts - understandable, given what's currently going on around the world.

While the overall figure is the show's lowest ever number for a live broadcast, the circumstances mean it isn't a complete disaster, though the assumption that more people would tune in while locked down has unfortunately been proven false.
