WWE Releases Alternative 'Greatest Wrestling Match Ever' T-Shirts
Randy Orton vs. Edge has some stiff competition...
WWE Shop has unveiled a collection of 'Greatest Wrestling Match Ever' t-shirts on their official Twitter page.
The overhype for Edge's rematch with Randy Orton at Backlash on 14 June is real, but WWE aren't shying away from it by comparing the bout to some greats before it even happens.
The new shirt collection features designs for Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XII, The Rock vs. Steve Austin at 'Mania X-Seven, Ricky Steamboat vs. Randy Savage at 'Mania III, and 'Mania 35's headliner pitting Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey.
Others notably include Eddie Guerrero vs. Brock Lesnar from No Way Out 2004, Triple H vs. Cactus Jack from Royal Rumble 2000, Bayley vs. Sasha Banks from NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn, Bret Hart vs. The British Bulldog at SummerSlam 1992, The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels from WrestleMania XXV and John Cena vs. AJ Styles at SummerSlam 2016.
WWE hope Edge vs. Orton will be able to join that list of iconic matches soon.
Some fans who responded to the tweet are angry that John Cena vs. CM Punk from Money In The Bank 2011 didn't make the cut.
